People & WhatsApp numbers
Use the full international number without + (for example 2348031234567). Local numbers like 0803… also work. “Other ID” is only needed if the bot logs show a hidden WhatsApp ID for someone.

To write an email, the selected items (client, action, due date, status) and the person's name are sent to Anthropic. Nothing else from your tracker is sent.
